How to reset my two-factor authentication (2FA) code?
While you set up your account you get a manual code. Well, if you don’t have it, you can still reset two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and set up the new code again. Now do note down this code.
Follow the procedure, after you logged in:
- Go to ‘Account’
- Choose ‘Security’
- Click on ‘Reset two-factor authentication’
- Now enter your current code
- Reset is done.
If you still don’t have your current code, you can contact support and ask them to reset your 2FA.
How to change your mobile number?
If you want to change your mobile number, you have to send your request in a ticket through Zendesk Support and they will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
